I looked around wellex.co for a bit, but the selection felt kinda limited. I was hoping to see more variety, and a few things I expected to find just werent there. The site itself is fine, but there just wasn’t enough options for what I needed.

I had a annoying experience with the subscription. I don’t usually get that worked up over this kind of stuff, and to be fair the service itself might be fine, but trying to cancel it was such a headache.

I went into my account thinking it would take like two minutes, but the cancellation options were not obvious at all. I kept clicking around through menus and settings, and at some point I was just sitting there like, why is this so hard? It felt unnecessarily confusing for something that should be basic.

Then I got charged again anyway, which was seriously frustrating. Support eventually got back to me, but they were slow and not especially helpful. Maybe other people have had a better time, I don’t know, but for me the subscription management was a mess and I wouldn’t sign up again.

I found Wellex.co easy to use overall. Most of it was simple to move around in and I didn’t really have to overthink anything. There were a couple pages where I had to pause for a second and figure out what I was supposed to do, but after that it was fine. So yeah, it worked well enough for me, even if a few parts could be a little clearer maybe...

My order from Wellex was mostly right, but one of the items wasn’t exactly what I picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still a little annoying. Delivery was fine though, so overall I’d say it was kind of hit or miss.

The return process was really easy, which made me feel a lot less stressed about the whole thing. I was a little impatient waiting for the refund, but it came through after about a week, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

I’ve been taking this daily and it’s simple enough. No complicated steps or weird routine, which I appreciate. It’s not exactly life-changing or anything, but also kind of great that I don’t have to think about it much. Just take it and move on with my day.

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which got frustrating after a while. It shouldn’t be that difficult to point someone in the right direction

The tracking was pretty much useless the whole time. It never updated correctly, and my order never ended up showing up. This felt like an avoidable hassle that could’ve been handled a lot better.

My order showed up in this super flimsy box, and it looked like it had been through a lot. The inside was a mess too, like things were just tossed in there with barely any care. Stuff was shifted around, the padding wasn’t really doing anything, one item had a dent, and the box corners were all crushed. For the price I paid, I expected way better packaging, like a sturdier box, more protection, better wrapping, or at least something to keep everything from bouncing around. I’ve gotten cheaper orders packed better than this, so yeah, I’m unhappy and probably won’t order again.
